On September 4th, 2023, The Detroit Red Wings took the ice to Take on the Toronto Maple Leafs in the first meeting of the Pre-season. In this game we seen the likes of Auston Mathews, Mitch Marner, John Tavares and William Nylander, get taken to the limit by what was essentially the Grand Rapids Griffins, as Detroit not only controlled most the play for this game, but also took the to OT. During the game we saw goals from Nate Danielson (1 5v5), Jonatan Berggren (1 PPG) and Dominik Shine (1 5v5). This is my Recap.
