New York Rangers power play has been atrocious so far this preseason going 1/20 in all 6 games combined. Hopefully things change in the preseason otherwise it could be a repeat of last season.

I usually don't think preseason matters much. The problem during the preseason is that the vets on the team looked lost and weren't really effective. I know it's preseason but damn it's not a great look. I'm not sure if they've fully grasped Laviolette's new coaching system yet. Which would explain why they looked the way they did during this preseason.
I think now over the last 2yrs the rangers have gotten slower and it’s hurting our play to get to the puck
Lafrenière showed much more effort last game. Reminded me of the first game of the preseason (3-0L to the Bruins). Showed a lot more drive and responsibility last game.
All BS and cross-checking aside…Thursday we have a game on the road against a VERY strong opponent. Buffalo could realistically end up 2nd in the conference…I'm convinced NJ will win The Presidents Trophy. If we look like cabbage in Buffalo, we should all become golf fans…because it's gonna be a bad season for us.
