  1. Why can't both Spence and Clarke make the team? Last year the Kings had Durzi play on the left side and it worked fine. Personally I think the only fault between the two is that Spence is a bit too small for a defenceman.

  2. A TV schedule!!!! I think Clarke-Edmondson start for more size and work at the NHL level to get better. Clarke like Byfield need to play against size or they can cheat and play with old big top dog ways. Love Spence too. Organizationally he should be next up. Ziemmer looked good when I dev scrimage. Always moving in and too the front net. I figure if Lucic can ply why not him. Thanks Jessie and Eddie.

  3. I was a little overly-critical of Jesse’s appearance on the show last time, and I have to say, this was a pleasure to watch. Both of you have great chemistry and I feel that Jesse had a lot to say on this episode. Excited for the season and for the coverage that you both provide on our favorite team

  4. Hey it's Jesse Cohen cementing his spot on King's talk. Sweet! Now onto the King's future, The Dubois move better work out cause there were a lot of games last year when the Kopitar line were terribly quiet and the Danault line was creating most of our chances. If the PLD line does work out though we are going to be a handful for other teams to match up against.

  5. Have to agree with the comments stating that Jesse doesn't really add to the dialog.
He's more of a moderator than having strong well thought out opinions.
Likes the chances of Byfield having a great season but gives no reason how or why this will happen and no expectation as to what a great season is for him.
Seems to prefer Spence over Clarke but doesn't really lay out why.
He's a nice guy but is stuck on the middle of the fence.
You too are a nice guy but state what you believe then go on say why you believe it to be so.
Prefer shows with opinions and some good insight.
Liked the breaking news on the kings telecasts for this season.
    Take care gkg.

  6. I would like to know your thoughts on the Idea of re-assigning Jordan Spence to a different or hybrid position. There is no doubt that we have lost some depth in our wing. Why not try Spence out there? He will be a better skater than most wingers. He has speed and is not afraid to shoot. Most of all, he would not be a defensive liability. This would not only add a very dynamic person to the wing, but it would also always give you a D-line option if there is an in game injury or penalty on someone else. We all saw how effective having that 7th D worked for the Oilers. This would also allow the Kings to give both players (Brandt Clarke and Jordan Spence) a true sample size of games to give an accurate and objective evaluation from.
