  1. Over on the point total. This teams biggest issue is goaltending. They should have gotten hellabuck from Winnipeg. However they could get someone at the deadline. This rest of the roster is defensively a nightmare. Decent offense and strong defensive play. PLD should add that extra jolt to the offense. I got them first in the division

  2. Doughty is glued to Anderson on D. Gavrikov played with Roy last year, will probably play with him again, might pair him with Clarke at some point

  3. Not for nothing but the Gavrikov/Roy pairing in limited minutes was a top 5 pairing in puck possession last season that will likely be the 2nd pair with Doughty and Anderson as the top pair, 3rd pair is a bit of a question but not a big concern, but I think people need to get off the "LA needs a goaltender" talk LA was 104 point team with about the worst goaltending in the league, Talbot had bit of a rough season last year but Ottawa is no where near as good defensively as LA and thoug it's pre-season Talbot has looked fantastic but so have Rittich and Copley LA just needs competent goaltending and they have the ability to not only contend for the division but the presidents trophy as well
