Regardless of whatever happens tonight all I know is there is no way in a million years the Leafs are getting close to a cup with this D core. They’ve had more than a few brutal mistakes and I get a feeling its gonna be a common theme for them this year.

If Ylonen was more consistent, he’d literally be a better version of Lekhonen.
Ylonen worked hard on his grinding game. In minor hockey and junior he was always the offensive guy. But in Laval he learned to grind so he can play on a 4th line. That was a wise adaptation
