The advanced stats and our shot attempts are dominating at the moment. At least for this period. Seems like we are moving it up the ice very quickly. We aren’t holding onto it at all when we get possession in the defensive zone. Corsi for is 54 corsi against is 34. Expected goals for 3.59 vs expected goals against 1.68. We had about 2 more expected goals for from that 2nd period than the Kraken.

I just watched two groups of frat assholes fight over whose seats were whose, only to find out, neither when the rightful owners showed up
ROR is what I think Phil Kessel could be with less hot dogs.
This is most compete I’ve seen from this team since May of 2018. They are contesting every puck, every net front scrum, and every inch of ice they can. The guys are executing some of the cleanest D zone breakouts I’ve seen since our Cup run. It looks like they are starting to gel a little. Now if they start finishing these chances….
This team may not win a ton of games this year. But at least they are entertaining to watch.
