  1. Ecstatic that we actually started a season strong and it’s so great to see Brock have a stellar game to get off to a strong start and see him smiling. Hoping he has a GREAT year.

  2. I just got home from the game very exciting game a lot of things happened after goal 6 many of oilers fans bailed there was even a fight in the stands between a oilers fan and like 3 Canucks fans near the end with punches thrown and security had to be called and they kicked out 4 people

  3. I don't think Boesers 3rd goal was an accident. If you look at Petey's eyes at the moment of release, i think he meant to bank that off of Brocks leg into the goal. If i am right, that has to be one of the most incredible goals, E.V.E.R. It sure looks like that to me, and surely Petterson would agree, lol.

  4. Everyone forgets that October is usually our best month. I'm not holding my breath quite yet, but this was especially redeeming after we opened last season with a 6-2 loss to the very same team.

  5. Whether u picked Miller or Hughes is irrelevant, you didn't pick Boesser. He's currently healthy. That's unusual. Saturday's game is in Edmonton. 2 more games after that. Calm down Vancouver fan, you know how you get when you get too excited, setting up massive fails/burn-outs!! Its 81 more games.

  6. I know he will not score 328 goals for the year, but I am just genuinely happy for Brock Boeser. Seeing the way he smiled after his 3rd and 4th goal made me really, really happy. For all that he had gone through, for all the smack people ran against him (some rightfully so), I just hope this will finally be the year that he will break out like I have always hoped he would…

  7. Loved the overall team's performance in this game. I'm just cautious about Saturday's game if we're playing with less than a full line-up again and the Oilers are going to play super ticked off.

  8. Way too many players on one team for fantasy. If the Canucks have a bad week or only play one or two games you’re screwed

  9. Great start to the season for the Canucks. It's a statement. Sets the tone. Hope this is a sign of things to come!

  10. As you are a Canucks fan and have watched a lot of puck over the past few seasons, would you recommend Boeser as a season hold in fantasy? From what i understand, he's not taking over Horvat's old position. Is that correct?
