  1. Fight after a clean hit being broken up prematurely by dipshit refs. Feels like I've won soft NHL bingo

  2. Puck is right on Nelson's stick, ridiculous his teammates start cross checking after and try to fight. Goons fighting is lame, but Palmieri vs Gudas is dope, refs should have let it go

Also ridiculous no fans even stand up for the hit, hockey in Florida is a complete joke. Put a second team in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal and get them out of Nashville, Miami, and Carolina which cant fill seats

  3. A hit as clean and textbook as they come. This should be shown to youth players on how to deliver a clean and proper hit.

  4. Bro let them fight. Jesus. Also clean hit but they probably felt like it was unnecessary because panthers were up 5-1. Probably wanted to pump up the team also.

  5. after the bullshit hit to knock barkov out of the game, florida should of taken every liberty to injure one of their players. o, btw, the nhl didnt think that knee on knee hit was worth the time to look at, such bullshit bettman has turned this game into.

  6. The instigator rule is awful. I can’t stand that the team that sticks up for their teammate gets an extra penalty for it. Complete garbage rule in my book.

  7. Perfectly clean hit! These stupid retaliations should be punishned, 4-5 games suspension for Palmieri.

  8. NHL players have become sensitive to everything, it's been a contact sport for over 100 years, keep the emotion, but FFS, enough with the inability to take a hit or watch a teammate get hit LEGALLY, a little resilience and tolerance !
Absolutely, you need to stick up and defend your teammates when the hit is dirty and disrespectful, but this is getting a little ridiculous!

  9. To all those saying clean hit, clean hit, why retaliate? The players don't care if it's a clean hit (sure it's better than a dirty hit), but you can still injury somebody with a clean hit. If they don't retaliate it will just embolden the other team to keep laying into them. With the risk of retaliation comes a lower chance players will lay into somebody like that, they don't want to skate around with a target on their back.

Not saying it's right that they go after somebody who delivered a clean hit, just explaining why.

  10. Th. Clean hit question is if Nelson didnt like the hit , go to it yourself, instead he gets up chirping and his teammate does his dirty work for him, not like Palmieri is any tougher, but. Geez stand up for yourself dude

  11. On a side note, I always thought Brock Nelson looks like Woody from Toy Story. I've been holding this inside for many years now. There, I've said it.

  12. So when did hockey turn into you can’t be hit league

At this rate it will be glorified ice dancing in about 5 years

And that’s at least 50% the players fault

That was a great hockey hit

  13. Stupid pointless fight. Commentators saying Palmieri did what he was supposed to do. No he's not! Its a clean hit! They shouldn't even give Gudas a major when an instigator is called.

  14. They need to start calling more instigator penalties for clean hits. This whole jump the guy because he embarrassed you stuff needs to be taken care of. It's hockey you are going to get hit eventually.
