Flashy, but shouldn't have counted. Flagrant slash on Larkin at the other end the refs ignored that should've stopped play. Refs were garbage throughout the whole game on calls for either team though so I'm not surprised.
Hughes started off slower than the best American in the NHL but last season showed why he was rightly taken no.1 over the Finn, who like the other Finn that was taken in Matthews draft is becoming not a bust but not living up to the hype in New York & Columbus and I remember a lot people saying in both cases that both the Finns should of went no.1 🤔🙄 even though teams generally build teams around a Center than wing, Ovechkin been the exception rather than the rule!
