His shifts were pretty awkward timing wise. One shift with Slavin stood out to me, there were times he could have committed pushing forward but he’s so used to being the guy that covers I don’t think he committed.
But put him out there with any of our more defensive guys and it’s a shut down line which I love. Especially if one of our defensemen ends up in the box.
He’ll be on the ice after we trade Brady before the Playoffs.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see TDA and Chatty switch roles for tonight – Chatty takes the 5v5 3rd D pairing and the PK while TDA is the 5v5 7th man and QBs the PP so Brent can set up in Ovi’s office.
