That first game with the Pens was brutal. Was so tired of hearing his name by the end of the second period. I honestly don’t remember them ever harping on any other first draft pick like this. Best of luck to him in his career and hopefully the NHL doesn’t burn out the fandom on him in his first season.

Its getting a little fucking ridiculous. I dont remember McDavid having a camera panned on him for the entire game or every free minute being talked about him. Enough already I watch hockey because I enjoy it not for a 24/7 detailed play by play on what Bedards doing or when hes on the ice. Media does nothing but screw things up.
