Our 5 on 5 play has not been very good so far this regular season. Hopefully we can get connected and to our game sooner rather then later

Super SLOPPY play the first 2 games. Still managed 3 points but holy moly they dont look sharp.
Forget the systematic play, it looks like guys have never played pro hockey the last two games. Compete is awful, focus and energy has been lazy, and man the chemistry was pretty good in the pre-season and then just disappeared as soon as the regular season started.

Bratt, Hamilton, and Hughes were the only ones I thought played their hardest
End of the day it's 3/4 pts and you start focusing on the deficiencies while game planning for FL. They're still trying to find their footing (aside from 73-86-63) and opposing teams are bringing their best. They trailed 2-0, so a point isn't bad – just disappointing they didn't take 2 after they got a lead with several chances to add. A lot of untimely penalties from many players in the lineup the first two games, if they tighten that up they will help themselves immensely. LGD
Devil fans I'm going to say a name. Don't hate me for it. You're going to miss Andrew Burnett. The man knew how to play a break out. Look what he did in Florida. Then he came over here and look at what he did within one year. He knows how to play a breakout type game and the devil's flourished in that. No Andrew Burnett!!! no breaking out of the neutral zone!!! And it's showing already!! He is going to be missed!!
Devils are not looking good in the first 2 games. Flat at best and very sloppy.
We never play in 1st period ever other teams pounce on us and we just Waite till 2nd period they will not get a cup doing that . AND THE TIMO MEYER experience is over no were near playing for the money .waisted of money
