GMTM treated his extra draft picks like the kids at Halloween. I love seeing fan posts that say their first move is to acquire more scoring forwards & sign them to $9+mil per max deals. Currently this team as a whole needs to start improving on their 3.70gaa. As that improves especially during this season along with their top 3 offense the Sabres can definitely have a chance to make the playoffs (even this season).

I've been a Sabre fan since I was a boy, and I will tell you, I was alone (🇨🇦 New Brunswick Atlantic Canada) the other kids would make rude comments about the Sabres, yet I stood my ground, reminding them of what was possible, now here we are, As grown men us Sabre Fans know what's coming, it's our Time Baby!!! WOOOOO!!!! 🤟😁🤟
Adams might start developing what is a called a "Big Head", if this is the case, if someone close to him can call him 'Shorty' once in awhile, that might be good in the long run, Thanks In Advance 😂
Kevyn Adams came in and immediately said he "wanted players who wanted to be here" and he got buried by fans and media alike, because of how much of a laughing stock this team had been. But he's seemingly found the right elixir because this is a team that is playing with a newfound passion that we never really saw with the previous core. Having Tuch on the squad who grew up a die-hard Buffalo fan certainly helps.
The GM who blew our chances for a cup and did nothing was Darcy Regier! He never once made a trade of one of our guys who had more than 1 year left on contract, he let so many guys walk out the door for zero return, he should have demanded Golisano sign Briere for 5 years 5 million when he had chance, I was in the office when Golisano had that call, Tom was building a new house and I worked for the company, he was too cheap to want to win! Ruined the team and Amerks by not buying them, Darcy was a gutless turd! He waited until last minute to sign guys and cost team cap space, etc. he put us in a hole for a long time. You need return on assets, Briere could have Been signed then traded after a year or two. John Muckler traded for Mckee, Peca and the guys who went to 99 finals not darcy
I really thought Adam’s wasn’t going to do anything different. Sure surprised me.

It's hard to stay patient after losing for so long. I desperately want to see playoff hockey in buffalo. I like what we have going on but there are some glaring issues with the team and I do want adams to address it. I don't want to wait 4 years for Levi to come up while we waste Thompsons and dahlins prime years. I think we must get a goalie, comrie was a low risk move that unfortunately has not worked out and upl let's in 4 a game. Our 41 year old goalie is our best starter and we all expected him to step back and let upl and comrie take his role but they are not reliable enough. The 8 game losing streak was mainly because of injuries and we all see how dangerous of a team we are when healthy, we could be a playoff bound team with a better goalie and a better defensive dman. It feels like we are so close and adams is too afraid to make a move. Perfect time to trade mitts, we have plenty of centers in the farm and we have given mitts more than enough time to step up. Clearly he isn't, move on from him. I also do not like Bryson as a defender
OH MAN!!! Our SABRES are fun to watch. On the edge of your seat and exciting!!!! I see playoffs in the near future!!!!!
Spot on Audrey, a very salient comment. Kevyn Adams has neen a good appointment to rebuild the squad both in Buffalo and with prospects. It remains to see if he will be a good GM of a potential cup challenger, but I am hopeful.
We are sooooo close. But, even if we're not quite there YET, it's noticed. There's a noticeable shift in perception of the Sabres around the league and the media. We're actually being talked about in a positive light now. I see a lot of praise for KA and Granato for the young core they've brought in and developed. It's finally fun to be a Sabres fan again.

When Terry was biding for the Sabres, he stated he was a fan. He was going to bring the Cup to Buffalo ! The culture changed before Capt Jack left. He was no longer in the room long before he was traded. When the kids were asked about him, they had nothing to say. He wasn't part of them. They had plenty to say about each other. Still do.
