Very debateable call, as it could have resulted in injury….with the way his head contacted the goalie. Could easily have been a double minor or 5 minutes. Clearly another dirty play by Benn.
thats a mean crosscheck but that happens 100 times a game in the nhl and usually doesnt even get a call. probably wouldnt have gotten a call there if he didnt get hit into the goalie. the nhl oughtta do something about that, but based on contextual standards thats not even always a penalty. minor penalty

yeah, two minutes in pre-season seems right for something that won't be called in the playoffs.
