Here we are! THE BOSTON BRUINS HOME OPENER! The Boston Bruins also had a ceremony full of Bruins greats to kick off the celebration of 100 years as a franchise! The Bruins are off to a good start undefeated as they got the win 3-1! Trent Frederic scored a goal and David Pastrnak scored twice. Milan Lucic returned and got an assist off of Pasta’s first goal! Along with that, a big moment in the NHL occurred at the TD Garden, Connor Bedard the hyped up first overall pick of last year’s draft scored his 1st career NHL goal. Awesome Bruins game vlog Jesse 😊👍. Happy 100th anniversary to our legendary beloved hockey franchise, known as the Boston Bruins 🐻💛🖤🏒! It's awesome that some of our Bruins legends, including Patrice Bergeron, Bobby Orr, "The Chief" John Bucyk, Ray Bourque, David Krejci, Tuukka Rask, Zdeno Chara, Cam Neely etc. walked the golden carpet on the way to the Garden entrance 🙏, and I'm glad that we fully acknowledged, respected, and celebrated our franchise legends, also including Willie O'Ree, Lionel Hitchman, Eddie Shore, Milt Schmidt, etc, during our 100th anniversary pregame ceremony on the ice and around the stands. We currently have 12 retired numbers, and hopefully we add at least 4 more up there ASAP.
As for the game itself, it was definitely a good one for us, overall 👍. Pasta was able to seal the winning deal for us with his pair of goals after Trent Frederic opened up our scoring to even it up. Linus did well enough between the goal pipes making 20 saves out of 21 attempts. Also, our alternate uniforms based on the early 1970s, that we wore yesterday, totally look gorgeously amazing on the ice 🔥! GGs to the Blackhawks and congrats on Connor Bedard on getting his first NHL goal as well.

Also, your view of the game from the balcony at center ice is definitely amazing IMO 👍🙌. You can easily follow the action of the puck kinda like the action that's displayed on the jumbotron, but you're a bit higher than the TV camera that follows the action. I honestly the lower box is better for Celtics games, when you compare sitting in the lower bowl at Bruins games.
Glad they brought back the older spotlight tradition having the flashing yellow and crossing white then going all in the crowd everywhere, sadly the smaller spotlights didn’t do go everywhere unlike they used to do during a goal, seems like the only do it when the B’s win a home game. Good game for the B’s and congrats to Connor Bedard for his first NHL Career Goal! Amazing atmosphere and neat that they refreshed the logo for the 2023-2024 season!
