Šimon's injury looked scary. I saw that video. But I saw him in a Comets' social media post and he seemed okay. Hopefully he'll be back to 100% soon. Same with the rest of the guys.
The calls have been so bad league wide, especially right now at the beginning of the season, that you can only limit your penalties so much. I always say, we can't afford the penalties that AREN'T penalties, and we really can't afford the penalties that ARE penalties, and we can only control one of those.
Also, not sure what counts as 'soft' cuz for the most part the Devils have been out hitting their opponents.
