  1. Do you guys think Wally could benefit playing top minutes in the A for a bit as a rehab type stint? Just to get himself to trust his knee?

  2. I would rather move Engvall up to LW on the 1st line than putting Palmieri "the glass" up on RW and moving Barzal to LW. I want 13 on RW at all times.

  3. Holmstrom making the team over DuFour is a joke. Holmstrom must be blowing lou for him to be on this roster. Holmstrom is a total bum.

  4. Staple says “mayfield getting a bit older” & Lou signed him for 7 fucking years!!!!!! That’s GM malpractice.

  5. Issue is most Isles media and bloggers are very soft guys. Doubt most have ever been in a real fight bunch of pacifist. Ross isn't going anywhere. NHL teams are arming themselves. Look at Toronto roster Staple mentioned as Isles having playoff series. Look how they armed themselves. You don't want to go against that without Ross. Furthermore. Martin isn't a heavyweight and is on his last contract. Isles also don't posses another enforcer in the system. Isles team overall is pretty soft. Many don't hit and many back down when pushed on without an enforcer to stop it. #FACTS

  6. The isles made a big mistake with RJ. Now teams know they can run Barzy and anyone else on the team. MM can’t handle Wilson or any other Heavyweight. SMH. The mismanagement of the organization is mind blowing. Lou kept Palmieri, begged Zach to comeback, signed Engvall and Varly and Mayfield to long term deals and could saved $$ and brought some youth up which would be better than watching this slow team. I’ve been a fan since 77 and have seen the bad, the good, the fantastic and mediocre and now we’re back to a team that’s too old and slow. As for the defense, someone needs to tell Romanov to stop with the killer hits and watching the puck go to the open man and watching a goal against. The D isn’t as good as they think it is, too many no look passed to the other team and if that doesn’t happen, the D is out of position ! The isles bent over backwards for Lee but not for Wally, sure keep a slower older guy on the ice instead of a faster kid.
