  1. Itā€™s called he couldnā€™t get past a great jab. Women? Who gives a crap. He ate the jab early on and couldnā€™t get past it. That setup other combos that destroyed him. Then Buster Douglas went to the buffet line and assumed the under dog roll he was suppose to happen!

  2. People forget that tyson knock Douglas down first. He was down close too 12 seconds. Bad count allow him to get up

  3. Don King was the worst thing to happen to Mike Tyson and a plethora of other fighters. The day that rotten turnip kicks it will be a great day for boxing.

  4. The referee cheated, instead of worrying about buster douglas, when Mike Tyson knocked him down šŸ‘‡ the referee was busy pushing Mike back that took some seconds away for buster douglas to get his senses back, PLUS when he was on the floor, the referee gave him much more time to recover than USAUal ! By counting and hesitating in his counting, therefore; it was a set up from the very beginning, think šŸ¤” about it, He just hired Don King šŸ‘‘ a Crooked promoter, Mike was not focused on the fight having fired he's long time trainer, for one that didn't know how to train him! Like the former, Robin givens was also taking he's focus away from the fight, and instead of Mike training hard like he regularly did Don King had him out and going to see šŸ»ā€ā„šŸ˜† Between and whoever Bet on buster douglas, WON a Fortune šŸ”® !!!

  5. Douglas was trash he ducked that rematch and he never believed he was better than Tyson which is why he couldn't replicate that performance.

  6. Been a lifelong boxing fan now in my late 60s and an ex-amateur welterweight (!5-2-0 ) I have only just discovered and subscribed to this excellent channel. Currently going back over past episodes and am absolutely enjoying the experience! Great logical analysis with the best of British humour thrown in for good measure!

  7. But I thought behind every great man thereā€™s a great woman. In reality itā€™s more likeā€¦behind every mans disaster is a woman!

  8. it was the perfect storm, Tyson wasnt taking it seriously and Buster got in to the best shape of his life and his mom died. Even if the ref count was slower for Douglas he wasnt out and just stretched out the count to recover, it was on the ref. If the ref counted as fast as he counted for Mike, Buster would have gotten up sooner anyway.

Mike wasnt himself that night either and was flat footed and barely head movement, and Buster just took advantage of that.

  9. What really happened? Tyson fought a man who fought back and wasn't scared. Tyson only looked good against bums who were terrified of him.

  10. No one cares what really happened. The ahole lost, that's all that matters. You can dig for as many excuses as you fantasise about.

  11. I compare Mike to a popular child actor. People that young arenā€™t suppose to have that much money fame and success. They simply canā€™t handle it and will get ripped off from all the adults around them.

  12. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚, some of these English slang I've never heard before, and are hilarious. Smashing the granny out of themšŸ˜‚

  13. King is a bellend, he's always been a bellend and always will be. Tyson wouldn't have said anything about the count if King hadn't come out and spouted his old flannel.

  14. Buster Douglas was not seen as a huge deal before, partly because he lost to Tony Tucker. The thing is that Tucker was also the champion that gave prime Mike the most trouble, more than Spinks, Bruno, Holmes or Berbick, going the distance and putting up a good fight. Even pre-prime Buster Douglas signature loss was against a very underrated opponent that had just been unfortunate to meet Mike at his absolute best as his first title challenger.
