    So many positives about this game it’s hard to remember the best ones..

    1st line looking amazing again.

    Kap was like “fuck it” and decided to play like he’s capable of

    Hartman looking like our 1st line center again.

    Rossi has earned his spot on the Wild indefinitely.

    Many other things but those are the ones I can think of..

    Edit: also the fact that we were down by 1 on three separate times and battled back is fucking awesome

    Kaprizov didn’t score, but MAN he looked good tonight. The top line needed this badly.

    3 assists for Middleton. Nice goal for Rossi, and Moose is off the schneid. Good on Dean trying to get Freddy going on the late PP.

    Pat Maroon is such an insane upgrade over Ryan Reaves. I’m so freaking glad we didn’t give Reaves the contract he got in Toronto.

    two period of frustration and then the offense exploded. We need to do something on the back end, but that might be solved when Spurgeon is back. Mermis deserves a shot at a lineup spot. Ek has silky mitts and if he can sustain this pace for a full season he might achieve greatness. This is in the books, on to the next one.

    Sat on the glass for the first time ever and got treated to a great game, even though we didn’t score any in front of us in 126. We were next to some diehard Oilers fans who were fun to talk to and root against.

    Best part is, I made it on Bally’s after one of the goals, drinking a beer.
