Yes, and every argument against is invalid.
Best form at the moment perhaps. Otherwise though I’d be comfortable saying Top 5 and let’s see how the season plays out

With McDavid out for the time being you can make this argument for sure without looking like a homer.
there’s zero reason we arent realistically approaching the conversation of Jack entering McDavid’s tier.

Every game I’ve been to so far this year, there’s been at least one play where he just waltzes past the defenders and either makes a pass or a shot happen that absolutely never should have gotten past the blue line. He puck handles in a way I’ve only ever seen Kane do before. The kid is disgusting and he’s only getting better.
We all know it takes more than one superlative season to make him better than CMD (let alone two weeks of one season), but we all also know it’s true – *if* he can keep this up and *if* CMD doesn’t improve, Jack’s moving way more efficiently than he is. I’d definitely pay to watch them play 1v1.
