100%. I take particular joy in rooting against the Oilers because
1. The Oilers seem so terrible mismanaged, but have lucked into a decent position through #1 picks, and being able to grab Hyman from us because of COVID. In Simpsons terms, I think the Oilers are Homer Simpson, and the Leafs are Frank Grimes.
2. The Oilers signing Campbell to 5×5 was basically them saying our defense was bad and that we were carried by him. Turns out it was pretty good.
3. The constant predictions that *this* is the Oilers year.
4. I’m holding out hope that McDavid comes home. Hey Debrincat did it!

Low key feel bad for the sens. They have a decent team they have just had some of the worst luck I’ve ever seen to start the season. Fuck the Oilers though, I hope that team goes down in a fiery ball of flames.

Good team, young and fun to watch. Would t hate if they made the playoffs.
