    habs has not meet those strong opponents yet… mtl is my home town tho, happy for the win but still not too optimistic

    Great game! Both clubs brought a lot of energy here tonight. Jets getting physical which is what they need to do more looking ahead. Would have loved to have seen Carey Price go up against that penalty shot.

    3:49 Monahan is lucky he doesn't play in the NHL day-and-age of Derian Hatcher, Chris Pronger, Chelios, or even a young Chara. He may have scored the goal, but he would have received Gary Roberts calibre whiplash crosscheck for thinking he could tap dance in front of the net all willy nilly and such. (Murzyn!)
