I don't know if it's too late to suggest a hat pick but capitals commentator Joe Beninati lost his mother 1 week ago today and since loosing his mother has gone on to call 2 caps games. The win against Boston and the game tonight against the flyers. Showing incredible strength to do his job so wonderfully when obviously grieving is a phenomenal thing. And out of respect to Joe B I'd like to see him in hat picks.
As a Canucks fan, you Flames could be going on a great playoff run in the next couple of years with Markstrom. He’s that good. You haven’t seen him at his best yet. Good to see a Canadian team doing well with a guy I watched develop for years. Enjoy, Flamers!
