Was this going around at all during the draft? It was mostly wishful thinking but I really really wanted them to trade up for him and had a weird feeling they were going to.
Completely psyched to have Cutter on the squad though, and it’s crazy to even consider comparing them at this stage in their career

Whatever the trade proposal was, I’m sure it included the eventual 7th overall Michkov pick, so I’m fine with sticking with Cutter and Michkov. Not like Cutter doesn’t look awesome so far anyway. Cooley looks like he’s going to be a real player, but I think the other two look pretty good as well. Possibly together, as a set up and a trigger man.

Ehhh I’m just gonna assume that Chuck would have overspent to trade up for Cooley. Even if we had kept our original draft position at 4th, Cooley would have been gone.
