  1. Nobody in the media is talking about Filip Hronek. I'm hearing a lot of whining from the Vancouver media that they didn't get a JT Miller(benched for 4 mins) interview right after the Predators game… yawn…

Hronek, has anyone in the media heard about this guy?

Filip Hronek's trade did not come cheap! When I saw that exchange there was concern, it was a lot to give up. The primary hope was that he was going to be a Quinn Hughes partner playing the right hand position. They are both top tier puck movers and it begged the question of what happens if you put two of those guys together on the same line. Luckily, Rick Tocchet and management had the wisdom and knowledge to load up on the Canucks defensive pairing on the same line. It's difficult to argue the domination that this duo is having even with skeptics. This defensive duo is a force to be reckoned with!

    +/- (Hughes+13), (Hronek+9)

  2. Every Sharks player and coach should be ordered to donate $10K to a charity in San Jose because that performance was absolutely disgusting

  3. I feel bad that Kahkonen had to suffer this assault and get hurt? The Sharks are where we were a few years ago after they'd led the league rather expertly? Every team goes through hard times, but this was hard to watch AS A CANUCKS FAN. It's a statement that the Knights & Bruins DESERVEDLY should be concerned about? Otherwise it's gross. Again, as a Canucks fan. EXCEPT WE SUFFERED FOR IT.

  4. Also poor Anthony Beauvillier? 500th game but he can't celebrate because rout happening. WE LOVE YOU ANTHONY! โ™ฅ๏ธโ™ฅ๏ธโ™ฅ๏ธ

  5. I know the Sharks are tanking but holy crap that Canucks team looks good. Some of the strongest collective skating i have ever seen.
As a Ducks fan I will never forget when they beat the Canucks 9-1 at Honda Center but this is obviously not the same ol Canucks.

  6. I picked Edmonton as my Finals team in the West this year, the Jets hadn't signed Sheifele or Hellebuyck yet and nobody expected the Canucks to start the season this way, so now I'm stuck with the Oilers. Last year I picked Calgary, the Alberta teams are letting me down.

  7. If only they didn't trade for Karlsson and had Norris and drafted Stutzle with that first round pick they gave away!

  8. Too bad the Sharks scored. Else in just this one game Canucks scored 10 goals, while the whole season the Sharks would have only scored 9.
