I know I should feel super happy about that win but I honestly feel kinda bad for all the fans that had to watch that game in the arena. I almost would’ve been happy they got 1 if it didn’t come right as Demko was on the verge of a shutout.

I, like many others was worried about the potential for a trap game. I am very pleased that the team showed the same amount of effort as when they played stronger teams.
That is the type of consistency you need to be a playoff team.

The Canucks are hungry this year. Lots of season ahead of us but the fact is they’ve built an early season success story. The hard work, the system, the structure, the skill… I’m sure at some point the Canucks are going to hit a rough patch but when that happens they’ll have this template of success to look to.
Hell, even Beauvillier got the monkey off his back.
