The leading goal scorer in the AJHL, Savoie, much like his Sherwood Park teammate Michael Benning, participated in several high-profile prospect events to help elevate his prominence within draft circles. He too took part in the Junior Club World Cup last August, where he registered a goal and a team-high for assists in five games for Team AJHL. Savoie also played for Team Canada-West at the 2019 World Junior “A” Challenge (2 goals in 4 games) and for Team West at the 2020 CJHL Top Prospects Game.
