What is the Dallas hype about, I understand they a good/great in every position, but kinda lacking depth?

This seems more legit than the other predictions we’ve seen. I hold about a 4% chance of winning it all for us too, but I’m excited to most likely make the playoffs this year 🙂

This seems about right, 95-105 points is the range that seems most likely at this stage.

Vegas near the top in points but less than 50% chance of winning the cup compared to neighbors. Numbers ≠ logic.

We finally see a full percentage of Cup odds!

How tf the jets have a 5% chance and we got a 4

  7. hilbertsspace

I’ve been telling myself to not get too drawn in, but damn if I’m not excited to watch games again

Sharks 80 game undefeated streak incoming

  9. I really doubt that Edmonton will gain 89 points in the next 71 games. They would have to win at least 42 more games to make that happen.

In case you were wondering what the criteria Dom used for the above projections this is what he states in The Athletic:

“The projections are based on 50,000 simulations of the remainder of the season, which factors in each team’s projected strength, current health and strength of schedule (which includes opponent strength, venue and rest). Each team’s projected strength is based on the projected value of the players on its roster, which is based on their Offensive and Defensive rating.”

Of course it’s Dom Luczysndysndysnd who made that. We’re only 1% above the Oilers for cup odds
