garbage team. Well time to go back to being at the bottom of the standings year in year out and never seeing the playoffs. No Stanley cup in my life time. I wish we could go back and Tavares stayed in NY. That was the start of our doom. Why shanny rushed it and look what happened. A flawed team with no cap for defence. Depth scoring is crap too. Ah…I gotta say, I hate that I love the leafs.
Coach, gm and half the supporting cast on this roster are simply not good enough. This team will not win until a major change is made.

Woll may end up being a great goalie in this league some day but he doesn't seem quite ready to be a full time starter . Brodie ,Gio and Klingberg need to be better in front of him.

This team has no structure. They’ve outsourced their poor performance throughout the years. Obviously, they had a better back end in the past, but this team, when played hard, buckle. Should’ve kept Scheen. Klingberg? Worse EVER. Keefe and Structure? What structure? Terrible passing team. They seem to give it a way often and the D can’t seem to make a simple pass to the right forward. Just chases the game throughout. So frustrating to watch. Need to cycle, but they just can’t seem to do it consistently. How much more of a sample size does Tre and Shanny give to this failed system to say that’s “our guy” get rid of Sheldon Keefe, this coach has wasted an era of talented players. Shanny too. Picked a junior to play pro and now out FW is bare. Where Mitten? Exactly. Keeping Lafertty would’ve made sense. Keefe is brain dead. Respectfully.

Keefe's not wrong about "team cohesiveness" and "everyone looking after each other" and all of that. But you'll never have it when 4 'untouchables' earn half of the entire team salary, and are given upwards of 25 minutes of ice time every game no matter what, get every PP opportunity, etc., etc. There's no way that can't be divisive of team unity. Especially when one of those guys in particular is so big on himself that he has to do some ridiculous basketball-style "look at ME!" chest pumping whenever he scores a goal. It's a recipe for disaster.
