I thought Prosvetov played decent enough to win. The Kraken ppg should not have counted as Toews was clearly interfered with to open up the slot. Avs need to clean it up on the d–zone. They need better puck support coming out of their d–zone. The last goal was on Colton – he got sucked in behind the net when he should've been taking the front of the net. Avs deserved at least a point.
Mid November, I’m not worried. Sure it’s not great in the moment, but the goal is the playoffs and another cup, not mid November. They need to build chemistry. Once it clicks, they’re going to go on a tear.
