This is not a systems issue. It’s a systemic issue. There is definitely a split in that dressing room. Guys aren’t playing for each other. The goalies blame the defense. The defence blames the offense. The whole team blames the goalies. I’ve never seen such a disjointed team in my life. I have a feeling that the only way to fix it is to trade the core players out and start anew. Get rid of McD, Drai, Nurse and then get a bunch of hard working skilled guys and goalies. Then u basically have a Vegas type team rolling four lines.

Best part is they may trade first round pick to "fix" flawed team by bringing in shiny new name for this year. Would be amazing to see them have this terrible of a year w/ no 1st rounder to fall back on.

Send Stuart Skinner to the minors where he belongs
Put Bouchard on waivers (he can't defend, horrible)
Put Nurse on waivers (same as Bouchard but worse since he makes 9.5 million)
Trade Hyphen (not Hyman) to Boston for Swayman
How does Ken Holland still have a job. He ruined two storied franchises (Oilers and Wings). The only difference is the Wings have Yzerman to clean up that mess and the Oilers have no one to clean up the mess
