Some nice insight from Fitzgerald on the play of Holtz and Schmid and his expectations on the team’s play, but we have plenty of discussion on that around this sub, so I wanted to pull this answer about the Stadium Series jersey since we’ve heard literally nothing about it to this point.

Big numbers are a staple of the Stadium Series jerseys designs, but I’m really interested in what he means by “distinct color” of the jersey.
Do they go to a throwback green and a nod to the Jets (I see lots of speculation about if the Rangers would do anything Giants related given their shared uniform colors)? Are they taking a different color red that pops off the ice more when you’re watching from the nosebleeds? Maybe they throw in some new color we haven’t seen on the Devils in their history like grey/silver for some kind of futuristic concept on the Devils brand (they usually try out new concepts and looks on Stadium Series uniforms).
Idk but I find this speculation way more fun than wondering when Jack and Nico are gonna come back or whether Holtz is getting scratched or not lol.

Please say this louder for everyone in the GDT. It’s not just on the goalies to ask for miracles. The d needs to step up
The stadium series logo is probably a giveaway. My guess is a lighter green that pops out a little more. Not quite as big of a difference as when the Stars changed the shade of green on their jerseys recently though
